The ‘Property Outlet’ will go live on November 28 and is located in the shopping mall of the Crown Plaza Towers in Dubai’s business district. The first such facility of its kind in the UAE is being launched by exhibition specialist the 24 GROUP and is supported by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). Trained customer service advisors will be employed to give visitors the relevant information they need upon enquiring about properties in the Outlet. "This is a very timely undertaking as the UAE and the entire Middle East region continue their unabated property development boom," said Fady Mohammed, managing director of 24 GROUP. "After careful consideration and study of the market, we were convinced that establishing a permanent exhibition center solely dedicated to real estate is the most ingenious way to keep companies and investors connected, independent of mammoth trade shows," he added. Mohammed said that several of the region’s big players have already expressed an interest in the project, particularly after the RERA lent it its support. "One of the main criteria for all exhibitors is ensuring that they have ongoing offerings and new projects,” he added.
